Here are the most significant events in my journey as a Siamese cat breeder
2019
-In my life enters Demino (full name Siamaristocracy Demosthenes), my first Siamese. With Demino I get to know the Siamese breed.
-From 2018 I had started doing expos and getting to know the world of expos with the neutral birman Dior. In 2019 I also start doing expos with Demino and I get my first expo success with a Siamese: my first BEST IN SHOW in Bastia Umbra, ANFI expo (5 October).
2020
-Living with Demino, meeting other Siamese breeders and seeing other Siamese cats, I fell so much in love with the Siamese breed that I decide to breed it. I then decide to train and take the first level (G1) of the Paw Academy, of the PawPeds website, which is entirely dedicated to the training of breeders.
-After a long search my first dame, Audrey (full name Sacred Souls Sakura Audrey), a CFA-style Norwegian kitten, finally entered my life in October. I managed to get her a week before the borders for the COVID pandemic were closed.
2021
-With a view to breeding ethically, conscientiously and with preparation, I obtained the Master Feline Breeder, sponsored by the Italian Veterinary Association and held by the Italian National Feline Association. My thesis was on the selection of the Siamese cat from the 1960s onwards.
-I decide to make official the will to breed and therefore request the cattery name that will be the ‘surname’ of each of my kittens, which will then be able to have a pedigree, in accordance with the law. I choose the name Demogorgon (you will find the reasons for my choice on the Home page of this site).
-After two years of studying the Siamese breed, attending expos and other breeders, my first litter arrived: six wonderful Siamese kittens.
2024
-I meet the necessary requirements (seniority, number of litters, expos attended) and thus become a member of FIFé's Siamese and Oriental Breed Council.
